1. Main Unit — 1-Year Limited Warranty
Each Aurami device is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty with a replacement-first policy for qualifying defects.
For the specific case of the Aurami Kickstarter campaign, no-reason returns cannot be accommodated unless the issue is a verified product quality defect.
1.1 Coverage
Within the warranty period, Aurami provides a free replacement for qualifying defects, covering shipping both ways.
1.2 Not Covered
The following are excluded from warranty coverage:

Normal wear and tear or gradual brightness decline

Unauthorized disassembly or modification (voids warranty)

Bundled complimentary accessories (cotton swabs, buffing sticks, alcohol wipes)

Damage from misuse, water, drops, impacts, or incompatible consumables

Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, chips, paint wear)

Damage from extreme temperature, humidity/corrosion, non-official power adapters, unstable power grids, commercial/overloaded use, foreign objects, or refusal to install safety updates
2. Consumables — 6-Month Warranty
Covers genuine quality defects with replacement; normal wear and consumption are excluded.
3. Time Calculation Rules
Warranty starts on the delivery date (Day 1), counted in calendar days. Replacements don't reset the warranty clock — the remaining term carries over. If a replacement is delayed more than 7 days due to stock, the warranty is extended accordingly.
This policy doesn't override mandatory consumer protection laws in your region; where local law is more protective, local law applies.
