Refund policy

During the Campaign: Backers may request a full refund anytime while the campaign is active (the platform may deduct a processing fee).

Once the campaign ends, all orders are locked and refunds are no longer accepted, as production begins.

This policy doesn't override mandatory consumer protection laws in your region; where local law is more protective, local law applies.
