By using this website, you agree to these Terms. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability; we may update or discontinue products and pricing without notice. Pre-order shipping timelines are estimates and may change. See our Return & Refund Policy for details. All site content and branding are property of Aurami and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurami is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including personal injury or property damage — arising from product use or misuse. Users are responsible for following all product instructions and safety warnings; Aurami is not liable for damage from improper use or unauthorized modification. This does not limit liability for death, injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything non-excludable under law.

Crowdfunding & Pre-Order Risk Disclosure

Aurami products offered via pre-order/crowdfunding (including Kickstarter) are still in development. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge: delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees; the final product may differ from what was shown during the campaign due to ongoing design changes; and as with any crowdfunded product, there's inherent risk of delay or modification. Refund eligibility is governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
